We will never disclose your information to an outside business, advertising agency, newspaper or magazine so you don't have to worry about making a purchase and then seeing a flood of emails and papers at your door. We hate SPAM too! We do, however, reserve the right to contact you periodically about specials occurring at our own websites.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on some orders occurring in Canada and the United States. To process international orders, simply purchase as usual and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference between the rate to ship to Miami, Florida and your location. To determine postal rates to your country visit CanadaPost.ca We do not accept responsibility for customs duties or fee, if any, related to international orders.
Return Policy
All products that we sell are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, simply Contact the Returns Department at Pacific West Global Media explaining the reason for the return and then mail the partially used product back to us for a refund less 15% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on international orders. We reserve the right to discontinue doing business with you if returns become a persistent problem.
